What information does the Campaigns Page provide? Campaign Statuses Editing a CampaignUsing a Campaign as a TemplateManually Marking a Campaign as CompleteThe Campaigns page makes it easy for users to view Campaigns across a single Practice and search or filter for specific Campaigns. NOTE: All Artera Harmony Federal Edition (AHFE) users can create, send, and view Campaigns in AHFE.
What information does the Campaigns Page provide?
To access the Campaigns overview page, select Campaigns from the left navigation bar. Then, select Campaigns again. This page provides generic details about the Campaigns that have been created for the Practice you are currently navigated to, displayed in the “Practice” drop-down menu. You can use the search bar to search for a Campaign by its name or the “status” filter to narrow your Campaign search by status (running, completed, paused, pending, or queued). NOTE: Remember to clear your search filters after searching for a Campaign.
The Campaigns table displays the following information:
Name: The name of the Campaign. This is the description associated with the Campaign during its creation. Campaigns are listed in the most recently updated order.
Send Date: The chosen send date of the Campaign.
Line: The line used to deliver the Campaign phone calls to patients.
Status: The Campaign’s current status (running, completed, paused, pending, or queued).
Actions: The available actions to take on the Campaign. These actions vary based on the Campaign’s status.
Campaign Statuses
Once a Campaign is created, it must be manually started, even if configured to "Start Now." Click here to learn how to enable Campaigns.
When a Campaign is started, it will move into a "queued" status until its indicated Start Date and Time is reached. If the Campaign runs over multiple days, it will automatically move from the "running" to the "paused" status based on the indicated start/end times. Click here to learn how to send Campaigns.
See Campaign statuses below:
Pending: The Campaign has not been set to start. Select the Campaign’s Actions (...) menu to start, edit, or delete the Campaign.
Queued: Preparing to send. A Campaign will only be in the "queued" status if it has been started. Please note that once you have started a Campaign, you cannot make any edits to the Campaign. From this status, the Campaign can be canceled, which will revert it back to the "pending" status where updates can be made. To cancel a "queued" Campaign, select the Campaign’s Actions (...) menu and choose Cancel.
Running: In the process of delivering the Campaign to the patient list. While in the "running" status, the Campaign can be paused, which will change it to the "paused" status.
Paused: This status indicates Campaigns that have been paused by a user. Paused Campaigns can also be hidden from the Campaigns page. To hide a paused Campaign, select the Campaign’s Actions (...) menu and choose Hide. NOTE: Once a Campaign is hidden, it cannot be unhidden. Learn more about hiding Campaigns below.
Completed: The Campaign has finished sending to all identified patients. Once the Campaign is completed, it cannot be deleted or edited, but you can use it as a template by duplicating it.
Campaign details can be accessed across each status. Select a Campaign’s Actions (...) menu and select View.
Editing a Campaign
Campaigns that are in a Pending or Paused status can be edited to accommodate changes. To edit a Campaign, select the Campaign’s Actions (...) menu and choose Edit. All of the Campaign's details can be modified, as necessary.
Once done making changes, select Save Changes in the upper-right corner. Be sure to start the Campaign when ready.
Using a Campaign as a Template
If you want to create another Campaign with similar content, you can reuse a Campaign as a template. Next to the Campaign you wish to copy, select the (...) Actions menu and select Duplicate.
Manually Marking a Campaign as Complete
If you want to mark a Campaign as "complete" manually, you must choose to hide it from within AHFE:
First, make sure to Pause the specified Campaign.
Then, select the (...) Actions menu for the Campaign and choose Hide.
Once you have hidden the Campaign, a green banner appears at the top of the page indicating that the Campaign has been successfully hidden.
NOTE: If you choose to hide a Campaign, it will no longer display in AHFE and will be archived. You cannot access information about archived Campaigns. Also, any Campaigns displayed with a Complete status on the Campaigns page are Campaigns that ran completely and not manually hidden.
