How to Submit Requests
To submit an Enterprise Enablement request, log into Artera’s Customer Resource Center and select Enterprise Enablement Request beneath the Support section. For information on how to log in, click here.
When submitting your request, please select the appropriate request category and include a due date, if possible. Keep in mind that all submitted requests will undergo review and additional discussions may be required before final approval.
NOTE: Requests may take up to two weeks to complete, so ensure you allow sufficient time for processing. For urgent requests requiring prioritization, please connect with your Customer Success Representative to discuss escalation options.
Communication Management
Artera’s Enterprise Enablement team can help your team configure automated communication to improve how your organization connects with your patients. This includes:
Building Triggers: Set up automated messages to patients and auto-responses that fit your communication needs. Click here to learn more about Triggers.
Editing Triggers: Improve Triggers to ensure they achieve what is intended.
Building New Automations: Set up automated messages to patients and auto-responses that fit your communication needs. Click here to learn more about Automations.
Updating Automations: Maintain your Artera environment by making necessary Automation updates (including new targeted patient populations, new providers or Events to filter by, etc.).
Updating Text or Instructions: Keep message content up-to-date and easy to understand for patients.

Editing Existing Languages: Fine-tune translations in existing outreach to improve clarity.

Merging, Splitting, or Moving Practices: Organize Practices to suit business changes.
Uploading Events: Add Events to Artera for enhanced organization and tracking.
Editing Events: Update Event details to keep them accurate and useful.
Adding Instructions for Events: Provide clear instructions for certain Events.
Disabling Events: Remove Events that are no longer needed.
Uploading New Resources: Add Locations or providers before they begin scheduling.

Editing User Details: Update Artera user information in bulk.
Removing Users: Remove Artera users who no longer need access.
Updating Users, including Resources: Make sure Artera users have the filters they need to work efficiently in the platform.
