Practice-Level Edit History Enterprise-Level Edit History Who can view Edit History?
Find the Edit History for users, Events, Resources, and Triggers at the Practice and Enterprise levels. Updates made to Artera Harmony Federal Edition (AHFE) can impact key functions, like the delivery of Triggers. AHFE allows you to track updates made to users, Events, Resources, and Triggers through detailed histories.
Practice-level Edit History
Within Practice Settings, you can view the changes made for users, Events, Resources, and Triggers by selecting the (...) menu for the list item and choosing View Edit History. Each history contains the name of the user who made the edit, the changes made, and the date the edit occurred.
Enterprise-level Edit History
Within Enterprise Settings, Enterprise Users can view the change history for Enterprise Users by selecting the (...) menu near an Enterprise User’s name and choosing View Edit History. Each history contains the name of the user who made the edit, the changes made, and the date the edit occurred.
To view the Edit History of a Trigger, all Enterprise Users can navigate to Automations > Triggers. Then, locate the Trigger you would like to view Edit History for. Select the hyperlink in the "Last Updated" column for the Trigger.
