How to Access the Campaign Details Page Information Displayed on the Campaign Details Page
Delete

NOTE: This article is for only for Artera Harmony Federal Edition customers.

Viewing the details of your Artera Harmony Federal Edition (AHFE) Campaigns provides users with the opportunity to modify a Campaign prior to its launch or to gather relevant information on a previously run Campaign.

How to Access the Campaign Details Page

There are two ways to access a Campaign’s detail page. Both access methods lead to the same information:

Option 1: From the Campaigns page, locate the Campaign and select the hyperlinked Campaign description to access the Campaign’s detail page.

Option 2: Click the Actions (...) menu near the Campaign and select View.

Information Displayed on the Campaign Details Page

The following information is available from the Campaign details page:

Campaign Name and Status: In the top-left corner of the detail page is the name of the Campaign along with its status, which is either pending, queued, running, paused, or complete. Click here for information about Campaign statuses.

Message: This displays a preview of the call message that will be delivered to patients when the Campaign runs. This also indicates whether the Campaign was translated into Spanish.

Audience: This provides the details of the CSV file you uploaded. You can view the uploaded .CSV file by selecting the hyperlink displayed under Audience Source.

  • If a CSV of MRNs was uploaded, the Audience Size displays how many patients in the .CSV file are patients with a valid patient identifier (MRN). Select the Download CSV of Invalid MRNs link to download a CSV file of the Patient IDs that AHFE marked invalid. The number displayed in the Duplicate MRNs section indicates how many duplicate MRNs were removed from the uploaded .CSV file in order to prevent patients from receiving repeated, identical messages from your campaign. NOTE: If there were any invalid MRNs identified in your uploaded file, the number displayed near Audience Size will not match the amount of patients included in your original file. Invalid MRNs will not be reached.

  • If a CSV of phone numbers was uploaded, the Audience Size displays how many phone numbers are in the .CSV file. Select the Download CSV of Phone Numbers link to download a CSV file of the phone numbers uploaded and determine if any were marked invalid.

  • If your Audience Source chosen was "Patients with Appointments", this section will display the filters that were applied to obtain the patients you want to reach out to with the Campaign.

Schedule: This displays the information pertaining to the date and time the Campaign will start, the Campaign’s daily start and end times (if it is running across multiple days), "Business Days" only selection, and how many Campaign calls will be made per hour.

Details: This displays the line selected to send the Campaign from, the category associated with the Campaign, and the Practice the Campaign was created in.

Method: This will display as “Call” since AHFE Campaigns are always sent as a call to recipients.

Finally, from the Campaign's detail page, you can choose to start the Campaign if it is currently in the "pending" or "paused" status by selecting Start Campaign. You can also use the Actions (...) menu to edit the Campaign, duplicate it for creation of another Campaign, or delete the Campaign. To navigate back to the campaigns page, select Back to All Campaigns in the top-left corner of the page.
