Conversation Flows & Referrals
Some organizations have opted to deliver referral scheduling workflows using Conversation Flows. This allows a multi-step automated workflow, guiding the patient through the scheduling process with little staff intervention.
When using Conversation Flows, it is important to note that English and Spanish are the only supported languages, so if you need to support additional languages, consider using standard Triggers. Click here to learn how to build this conversation in Conversation Flows.
