Submitting product enhancement suggestions is easy through Artera’s Idea Hub. The Idea Hub allows us to centralize customer feedback in an effort to gather all insights and continue to enhance our offerings.
Goals of Artera’s Idea Hub
Prioritize development projects by capturing and understanding customer enhancement ideas.
Connect Product Teams with customers for input on active projects or areas of development.
Influence the product roadmap by identifying trends and aligning resources wit high-impact opportunities.
How it Works
There are two ways to submit product feedback through the Idea Hub.
To access the Idea Hub:

Log into Artera and select the in-app Resource Center.

Select Idea Hub.

Review the "Under Consideration" topics. These are the specific topics that Artera is currently looking for user feedback on and can change.

Click a topic to share your interest in it. If you have additional feedback to share about that topic, enter that in the free-text field and select Submit.

If you want to share feedback about a topic that is not listed as "under consideration," select the Share an Idea button in the upper-right corner of the Idea Hub.

Type your suggestion or feature request in the box and indicate its importance ("must have" or "nice to have"), then select Submit.
Each idea and piece of feedback submitted through the Idea Hub is visible to the Artera Product Team. These ideas are reviewed to understand impact, priority, and to determine the Artera team best suited to review the idea further.
FAQs
How will I know if the enhancement idea submitted on my behalf was reviewed?
All enhancement ideas are logged and reviewed by Artera’s Product Team on a regular basis. If a submitted enhancement idea aligns with an area of active development, a member of the Product Team in charge of that area may reach out to see if you are interested in speaking directly with that team. These "discovery calls" allow us to incorporate direct feedback into our development process quickly and efficiently and to ensure that the solutions being worked on will work for your organization.
Are enhancement ideas submitted in instances where there is an issue or a bug with Artera?
No, if you identify an issue within Artera where a feature may not be behaving as expected, please submit a Support Case. A member of the Artera Customer Support Team will be able to assist.
