- Artera Harmony Federal Editon
The {eventConfirmText} Smart Phrase is an integral part of Artera Harmony Federal Edition's (AHFE) Appointment Reminder workflows. This Smart Phrase allows patients to confirm their upcoming appointment or request to cancel it. The patient's response to the Smart Phrase automatically makes the updates within AHFE and your EMR (depending on how your integration is configured).
When included in a call message made to the patient, the Smart Phrase will be voiced to the patient as: "To confirm your visit press 1, to cancel your visit please press 5, to repeat this message please press 9."
NOTE: Users will not see this verbiage displayed in Patient Channels when a call is made to the patient and includes the {eventConfirmText} Smart Phrase.
