NOTE: This article is only for Artera Harmony Federal Edition customers.

With Artera Harmony Federal Edition (AHFE), phone calls can be made to patients in English and Spanish.

Adding Translations for Triggers and Campaigns

The process for adding a Spanish translation to a call message is the same when including the translation in Triggers or Campaigns.

Call Messages

  1. Once you have completed building your call message in English, select the + Add Translation link.

  2. Select the Language drop-down and choose Spanish.

  3. Enter in your Spanish translation either by manually tying the translation into the message composer or by pasting a translated message in. 

Manual Call Messages

  1. Navigate to the appropriate Patient’s Channel

  2. Within the Patient Facesheet, ensure that the patient has a language preference of Spanish

  3. In the message composer, enter in the Spanish message for the call you would like made to the patient 

  4. Select Send Call

NOTE: When contacting a patient who prefers Spanish, please remember to craft your message in Spanish. The AHFE system does not auto-translate messages. If a patient has "Spanish" listed as their language preference and you type a message in English, a warning will appear to remind you. This is to ensure your patient receives a message they can understand.
