Adding Translations for Triggers and Campaigns
The process for adding a Spanish translation to a call message is the same when including the translation in Triggers or Campaigns.
Call Messages
Once you have completed building your call message in English, select the + Add Translation link.
Select the Language drop-down and choose Spanish.
Enter in your Spanish translation either by manually tying the translation into the message composer or by pasting a translated message in.
Manual Call Messages
Navigate to the appropriate Patient’s Channel
Within the Patient Facesheet, ensure that the patient has a language preference of Spanish
In the message composer, enter in the Spanish message for the call you would like made to the patient
Select Send Call
NOTE: When contacting a patient who prefers Spanish, please remember to craft your message in Spanish. The AHFE system does not auto-translate messages. If a patient has "Spanish" listed as their language preference and you type a message in English, a warning will appear to remind you. This is to ensure your patient receives a message they can understand.
