Campaigns Practice vs Existing Practice
Campaigns Practice (Shell Practice): This Practice type is used to facilitate large-scale outreach through Campaigns. This allows all Campaigns for your Enterprise to live in one Practice, which makes monitoring Campaigns and responses to Campaigns easy. However, keep in mind that this Practice type would not have any associated Resources or Events.
Existing Practice: This Practice type is used for your everyday operations for communicating with patients. This could include Appointment Reminders, Referral outreach, and/or Conversational Messaging.

One-Way vs Conversational Messaging
One-Way: This Campaign design is typically used for educational outreach with your patients where Staff engagement post-Campaign isn't necessary in Artera.
Conversational: This Campaign design is typically used for patient engagement. This is an actionable Campaign because you are asking patients to act on the information provided in the Campaign. For example, scheduling their flu shot or an annual wellness exam.
