Artera can help you drive Patient Portal enrollment and engagement in a simple and automated way.

  • Unenrolled Patients: Use automated messages or Quick Responses to target new patients or existing patients who have not yet enrolled in your Patient Portal.

  • Enrolled Patients: For patients who are enrolled, drive usage with automated text reminders to download your proprietary mobile application or use the Patient Portal to check lab results and other clinical information they have received from your Practice

Patient Portal Integration

Integration work is required to establish the connection between Artera and your patient portal. If you would like to enable this functionality, please reach out to your Artera representative or submit a Support Case.

Portal Enrollment in Artera

You can display the patient's Portal Status directly in the Artera Patient Facesheet. 

To enable this field:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Enterprise Settings > Default Settings.

  2. Toggle the setting for Portal Enrollment Status in Facesheet to on (purple).

  3. Select Save in the upper right-corner.
