- Artera Harmony Federal Editon
Artera Harmony Federal Edition has five user account types. Each has different access levels to AHFE features and settings.
Enterprise Admin Users
Enterprise Users have access to all Practices and can both configure and use AHFE without any restriction. Enterprise Admin Users are the only users who have the ability to manage and create all user types.

Enterprise Content Managers
Enterprise Content Managers have the ability to create Campaigns, Triggers and Conversation Flows. Enterprise Content Managers can edit, duplicate or delete Triggers and Conversation Flows but do not have the ability to turn them on or off. This user does not have access to view patient information or any other settings in AHFE. This access level is designed for users who need to manage messaging content across the Enterprise without PHI access.

They can use Staff Safety Controls to hide messages, manage Quick Responses, Practice Holiday Hours, Practice Settings, Events, Resources and send Campaigns.
