This article discusses how to create Enterprise Admin and Enterprise Content Manager Users. Click here to learn about Staff and Manager Users.
Enterprise Admin User Profile
Enterprise Admin Users are created at the Enterprise-level and have full, unrestricted access to AHFE. Only existing Enterprise Admin Users can add other users. This role is intended for implementation leads and ongoing account administrators.
Enterprise Admin Users can:
- Create all five user types: Staff, Manager, Advanced Staff, Enterprise Content Managers, and other Enterprise Admin Users.
- Change a user's type, such as changing a Staff User to a Manager User.
- Access all Enterprise and Practice settings.
Unlike Staff and Manager Users, Enterprise Admin Users have access to:
Enterprise Content Manager Profile
Enterprise Content Managers are created at the Enterprise-level. This access level is designed for users who need to manage messaging content across the Enterprise without access to settings or PHI.
Enterprise Content Managers can:
- Create Campaigns, Triggers and Conversation Flows.
- Edit, duplicate or delete Triggers and Conversation Flows but do not have the ability to enable or disable them.
Like Enterprise Admin Users, Enterprise Content Users have access to:
Add Enterprise Users
When adding users, you can only use email addresses with domains that have been whitelisted by AHFE. AHFE can only whitelist email domains that you own. We cannot whitelist @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc. for security reasons.
- Navigate to Settings > Enterprise Settings > Enterprise Users.
- Select + Add Enterprise User in the upper-right corner.
- Select the User Type drop-down menu to choose the type of user you want to create (Enterprise Admin or Enterprise Content Manager).
- Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email fields. Cell Phone is optional, but can be useful for authenticating via cell or if this is an Enterprise Admin User, they can receive Internal Mention notifications if they are going to be included in an Enterprise Group.
- To save, select Save Enterprise User.
Edit Enterprise Users
To edit an Enterprise User, navigate to Settings > Enterprise Settings > Enterprise Users and locate the user from the list. From the user's (...) Actions menu, select Edit Enterprise User. Select Save Enterprise User once all edits are made.
Delete Enterprise Users
To delete an Enterprise User, navigate to Settings > Enterprise Settings > Enterprise Users and locate the user from the list. From the user's (...) Actions menu, select Delete Enterprise User.
Searching for Enterprise Users
To quickly search for an Enterprise User, navigate to the Enterprise Settings menu and select Enterprise Users.
Select the User Roles drop-down menu to search by Enterprise Admin user or Enterprise Content Manager user.
