Update Practice Multiple Practices - FAQ

NOTE: This article is for only for Artera Harmony Federal Edition customers. 

Staff and Manager users may have access to more than one Practice within Artera Harmony Federal Edition (AHFE). Enterprise Users will always have access to all Practices. Learn more about the three different user types here. 

Update Practice

To change the Practice you are currently in, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Navigation Bar on the left side of AHFE, select Inbox > All Messages.
  2. Select the filters icon near the search bar.
  3. In the Practice drop-down menu, select the Practice you'd like to be routed to Practices are displayed in alphabetical order. You can also search for a Practice, if easier. 


Multiple Practices FAQ

My Practice menu does not have the drop-down. How can I access other Practice(s)? 

If you are unable to access other Practices from the drop-down, it is likely that your AHFE user profile is not associated with any other Practices. If you previously had access to additional Practices, your access may have been removed. Please connect with your AHFE admins to identify which Practice(s) you should have access to.

How do I provide Users access to additional Practices?

To allow Staff or Manager Users access to multiple Practices, create a new profile for the user within the desired Practice. 


When creating the new user account, be sure to use the same email address; this connects the accounts and allows the user to easily switch between Practices.
