DeleteNOTE: This article is only for Artera Harmony Federal Edition customers.
Permissions allow you to be prescriptive about what users can view, edit, and turn on or off in Artera Harmony Federal Edition (AHFE). Permissions can only be set by Enterprise Users.
Permissions Overview
Accessing Permissions
- Open Settings in the bottom-left corner of the navigation bar:
- Navigate to Enterprise Settings > Permissions:
-
For each Product Area, set the Minimum User Role Required:
- Example 1: If you set the "Lines" Product Area to Staff, then Staff, Manager, and Enterprise Users can create new lines.
- Example 2: If you set the Users module to Enterprise, only Enterprise Users can add new users.
Permission Definitions
NOTE: Conversation Flows and Triggers access is Enterprise-wide. A user with one of those four permissions can see and work with every Conversation Flow and Trigger in your Enterprise.
