Collaborative Inbox

  • Navigation and Channel Statuses: Learn about the different views and what the different Channel Statuses mean.

  • Recent Messages View: Manage inbound messages from patients.

  • Scheduled View: Identify patients with appointments scheduled on a selected day and related appointment confirmation status.

  • Starred Patients: Pin Patient Channels for easy reference, when necessary.

  • Internal Mentions: Simplify collaboration by tagging a user or User Group in a Patient's Channel.

  • Patients: View a patient's communication history specific to the Practice and Line(s) you have access to.

Patient Channel

  • Manual Messaging: Communicate with patients from within their Patient Channel.

  • Event Messages: Actions occurring within Artera appear as Event Messages in the Patient Channel.

  • Quick Responses: Send templated messages to patients for common requests and scenarios.

Patient Facesheet

  • Patient Facesheet Overview: Discover the key information and features available on the Patient Facesheet.

  • Patient Communication Settings: These settings impact how patients receive messages through Artera.
