- As part of a phased rollout, Artera replaced the two internal settings, SMS Status and Texting Allowed, with a single, simplified setting of SMS Consent in the Patient Facesheet. - Patients who have opted out of a line in Artera can still receive manual email messages from users.
- As part of a phased rollout, a new tab, "Preferences," is now available in the Patients Area where users can view and manage a patient's communication preferences and see which Line(s), if any, a patient has opted out of receiving communications. Click here to learn more.

- A new "Send Messages Outside Practice Hours" option has been added to the configuration of a Referral Automation Queue. By default, this is disabled. Therefore, Referral messages will only be sent during the Practice's open hours, regardless of the Send Rate schedule. If enabled, Referral messages placed in the Queue will send to patients in accordance with the Queue's Send Rate schedule, even if the Send Rate schedule is outside of a Practice's hours.
